Hekat - Avernales: English Version
The hissing of snakes and the howling of the wolves accompany the night, while the flaming eyes tear the darkness. Just a flame you will see, while your mind sinks into madness.

"Hecate Chiaramonti" (C): Museo Chiaramonti, Vatican Museums.
Costume design by Comelli for the role of Hecate in The White Cat in 1904. Hecate wears a long black and orange robe with a matching floor-length shawl, possibly attached to the headdress.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The robe is embellished with snake, owl and feather motifs. The headdress is helmet-like with large black feather plumes fanning from each side.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #hecate #hekat #witchcraft #witch #witchesofinstagram #costume https://www.instagram.com/p/CBqtngQHNvX/?igshid=1oix7jkwfoddf
