Hell Campaign #2: APPARENTLY It's Hell

Characters Present 🔹Slippy, elven rogue 🔹Rhenius, human fighter 🔹Vincenzo, human fighter 🔹Illbryn, tiefling magus

Summary 🔹The group makes their own tents in the tent city 🔹Three floating orbs begin following them around 🔹They’re told to meet in the town center when the hellfire is at half. They realize time is told by measuring how high the hellfire is shooting out of the ground 🔹They meet Phillip, the gnome with the most colorful tent in town. They learn from him that these glowing stones in their pouches make up who they are and they shouldn’t be given away. They ask about the orbs and are told that these are souls. 🔹They head to the town center. Very few people are there. They realize they misread the hellfire. 🔹The old woman seer picks them out of the crowd and brings them to her tent. She calls them “fateless” and tells them they are special. She says to meet her after the ceremony. 🔹The ceremony begins. Mohïk explains that the stones in the pouches are soul stones and are fragments of one’s soul. She explains that she is building an army to try and escape Hell. She gives people the option to join her or to ask the seer where they should go next. 🔹The players learn that they can pull memories out of their minds and give them to other people. 🔹The players meet Miraj, the seer, and agree to follow her to something called a Hellmouth 🔹She leads them to a cave and transforms into a Mnemor, or memory devil 🔹She tries to eat them and steal their memories 🔹They nearly kill her before she teleports away, leaving behind her gem of true seeing by accident 🔹Illbryn finally realizes they're actually in Hell. He is very upset.
