I saw this cute little cat purse tutorial and decided that I simply had to make one that looked like Mae from Night in the Woods! I'm rather pleased with the results - it's lined and has a pocket and everything - but it also served as a good reminder that I don't really like working on this sort of sewing project.
O' Great Nit, Ruler of Eternity, I kneel at Your Throne!
Created alongside the Self Created One, Shining Brightly to Illuminate Life, As You lift All that exists!
Allow my words to be great, Shining Brightly with Your Power, As Fate is under Your Command!
Beat,
beat,
beat.
A pulse in the waters of Nun,
you rise like Tatenen,
O' Nit.
Mehit-Werit,
The Great Flood,
you light births the first mound,
and from your limbs come existence.
Dua Nit!
Neith the great, Mother of god, Lady of Esna, who creates rays of light, and dispels darkness; She who clothes the sun disk with her radiance, as she rises, so she illumined, and her luminosity allows one to perceive another. She is Nut of Akhty, he rises and he sets in her; being infinite, her limits are unknowable.
Excerpt from Esna 421 from The Temple of Esna. An Evolving Translation: Esna IV translated by David Klotz
I just realized I never posted my ragdoll daughter. This is Nit! I drew this back in high school, she a literal tiny 3 apples tall plush demon!
