Here's the scene where Raven is about to meet Vitoria and take her to the Academy

I walked down the sidewalk, past a few Spanish style houses partially hidden by trees. The houses were beautiful, it made a hidden part of me miss California, but this wasn’t my California. I looked down at my wrist where a blurred and smudged address was scribbled. I had gotten the address from one of the satyrs, half man, half nature spirit, often a goat, that worked for the Academy. At first, the writing was legible, now it was partially rubbed off. Luckily I was able to remember the address so I was able to find the house fairly fast. I went up the front steps and rang the doorbell. A girl a few years older than me with curly hair answered the door.

You can call me Teddy and I’m an 18 year old trans, bi, ace author. I love Greek myths and actively worship the gods, so most of my stories will probably surround Greek Mythology.

Introducing Hellenic Chronicles

In the woods of northern Maine there resides a large school for greek demigods to learn and train their skills and powers called Olympus Academy. Three students are invited to the school and with the help of six other students they quickly become accustomed to their new home for the school year. Soon their comfort is disrupted with a series of prophetic dreams racking the nine students. The nine students are split off into three quests where they must acquire weapons and tools for a fight they don't even know is coming their way.

Introducing Beneath the Hollowed Ground

In a small, isolated farming community, with stories of monsters that roam the woods, there stands an abandoned train depot at the edge of town. Late at night when the townsfolk sleep, people can be seen wandering through its empty halls with nothing but a candle to light their way.

The train depot was once the hot spot for trading between the small community and their bustling city neighbours, but once the hanging tree on the front lawn of the church got its name, the city folk stopped coming by.

Saw a TikTok that was Twitter posts from Percy Jackson made by ave.bsd, and god at I about to cry, but I’m also inspired to make my characters even more depressing.

There are some of my favorites (warning for very triggering situations and thoughts)

Nico: why did no one tell me that that the catholic gods are real too

Percy: maybe it was all my fault. Maybe all I do is ruin lives

Jason: why am I not allowed to remember? Why can’t I remember My past like everyone else?

Piper: I’m so sick and tired of my worth being determined by how much of a woman I am and my beauty

Nico: I’m so tired of people being scared of me. I just want to be my own person, not my father’s son

Percy: I hate this, I hate seeing kids being kids knowing that I wasn’t able to have that even when I didn’t know I was a demigod

Annabeth: being smart is all fun and games until you’re in a room full of people with powers

Okay so I’ve had some people beta read my book and I thank them so much. I have gotten some amazing feedback, one thing I don’t know how to approach.

They said that I should change how I do my povs.

If you don’t know I have nine main characters and each chapter switches between these characters. Each chapter starts with whose pov it’s in. My beta readers said it was confusing and that I should have only one or two characters in first person and change everyone else to 3rd person.

Now I REALLY like having these povs but I don’t want things to be confusing for my readers.

What do I do?
