Nothing was said in reply to Gilgamesh’s remark, knowing quite well what battles to take for his own and those that weren’t worth the time. He wouldn’t say that they had room in the car and dispute the Archer’s word; it was too exhausting to get into an argument and become frustrated early in the morning. However, it would have been a cramped fit in the small two door luxury car, a temporary gift from the El-Melloi faction, an uncharacteristic courtesy of Reines. There had been some skepticism when he had accepted the car, but it was easier than trying to attempt public transportation with a Heroic Spirit in tow.
“You consider me lucky, hm...”
Breaking his own silence, he lingered on what Gilgamesh had said, reading more into his words than what was on the surface. “Being out of such drab weather is fortunate, I suppose.” As was that they were able to stay in the convenience of car than have to depend on walking to get from place to place. He didn't want to imagine having to share an umbrella with the Archer, assuming there might have been little sharing on the other's part. Exhaling lowly, breath fogging a space on the glass, he didn’t look to his Servant when he spoke again –
“But you’re not talking about the rain, are you?”
