Pyaaz & Gobi Pakora We make our crispy pakora (/puh·ko·ra/ noun: fried snack) using a chickpea tempura batter. Adding in roasted cumin, coriander seeds and crushed pepper help us get a light, fluffy and flavorful fritter.
