ras pretends like he’s motivated by coin (and kind of is since he has nothing to his name these days except what he’s managed to buy for himself) but he forsakes it so fast in the right circumstances. he gives it to beggars. he does jobs and favors and all kinds of things pro bono. what motivates him really are bonds and the promise that he’s a good person. he just wants to hear that he’s good! that he’s useful! that he did something that made someone’s day a little better or their life a little brighter! call him friend and he dies!!!
