hello internet, need sum advice.....
i really need 2 gain weight so i can get admitted to a mental health clinic, because they cant accept clients who are dangerously underweight.
I really struggle with eating foods high in calories or eating more in general, not only because i have this constant fear of gaining weight, but also because i feel so deeply ashamed after any big meal. I just dont know anymore
How can i eat more without guilt? How can i enjoy eating again? How can i stop being so scared of gaining weight? I'd appreciate any help ! (*´-`)
