Lore does actually support the theory of Henry being his ‘dad’ in the way of being his true creator. Gent or joey may have technically brought him to life with the machine, but bendy is and was Henry’s creation, Henry designed him- Henry made him. Joey simply stole/owned the design.

The ink demon definitely recognizes or feels a connection to Henry, due to him being his creator. You especially see this by looking deeper into their interactions in the first game, the ink demon seems almost conflicted about Henry in many cases- unsure whether to be docile or hostile. I could go on and on about what indicators tell us this, but that’s for another time.

Also if ur referring to the ink demon from batdr I feel like the ink demon when he’s in batdr wouldn’t let Henry hug him, maybe allow him limited physical contact. So I made up for that by drawing him actually hugging the other versions. :} sorry if it’s a bit disappointing 😢
