leather, the ocean, old books/paper, NEW books, fresh warm laundry, rain, snow, peonies, lavender, vanilla, the general warm “i’m baking” smell, sunlight, citrus. lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, curry, cumin, paprika, garlic when it’s cooking, peppermint, pine, beeswax, honey, warm milk, wet dirt. what can i say i love…..nature and spices

to be simply happy and at peace, to let other people feel the same way, and to travel around a whole bunch

not in the sense of i feel like I Am Him but i connect, somehow, with andrei bolkonsky. there are other characters that im a lot more like but he comes to mind

⛅- what is your morning routine?

wake up, sit in front of my sun lamp and read if i’m not overly tired, general getting ready kind of things, pick out an outfit that’s either cosy or pretentious depending on the general mood, do makeup if i’m feeling it (or not if im feeling Not Makeup which is just as valid) eat breakfast (and read, sometimes, while eating), go to class if it’s a weekday, do laundry and turn on music and dance around if it’s the weekend. then usually get ready to run errands/study/hang out with friends/wander around town. i like mornings

j - jealous of people: try not to be but it is hard because there are so many amazing people in this world, that in comparison to, I just feel so mediocre

l - love at first sight or should i walk by again: definitely friends first, preferably for quite a while - my boyfriend and I were friends for around 4 years before we started dating so yeah a long time

m - middle name:  may (in honour of a great aunt but y’know how normally it’s in honour of a dead relative, well she’s still alive)

what’s the most romantic thing someone’s done for you? when I first started dating my nesting partner and we were still long distance I had a really hard time grounding myself/remembering things we did together or talked about. So they got something like... 50? bars of my favourite brazilian chocolate (which is tiny) and then individually taped a piece of paper that had a gay design with our names on it on one side and a handwritten note that related to one of the - let’s say - 50 days we had been together so I could go through them and have a sweet memory of each one of them. Not to mention a lot of chocolate. t’was quite gay. 

what could someone do this valentine’s to make you feel special?I’m partial to valentine’s flowers because I don’t think I’ve ever gotten any? or a valentine succulent/cactus that I can proceed to mother to death. but then I’ll be alone regardless so anything would be good. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
