Pairing: Henry Mills x fem!reader
Warnings: Swearing, mentions of murder, sad Henry :(
Summary: The notorious villain, Y/N L/N, comes across Henry Mills while stumbling upon a portal to Storybrooke. He is immediately infatuated by the young villain.
A/N: this doesn’t have much Henry in it as most imagines but bear with me.
The young villain silently stalked the nearby soldiers strolling through the woods, she clutched her sword tight against her side.
A wolves howl echoed in the distance, causing the cluster of soldiers to flee, “big bunch of cowards they are,” Y/N murmured to herself, annoyed that she couldn’t add a heart or two to her collection.
Y/N climbed out from where she was hiding and walked cautiously through the opening in the trees. A large glowing oval clouded her vision, she smirked, knowing exactly what it was.
“Wow, these people are shit at hiding things!” She laughed to herself. Y/N whipped her head around in all sorts of directions, to see if anyone was was nearing the portal. Confidently, she stepped through.
A blinding light seeped into her E/C eyes, ‘entering Storybrooke’ a rundown-looking scene read. Y/N climbed up off the cracked pavement and started down the small road.
In the distance Emma Swan could be spotted, “is this miss saviour I’ve heard about?” Y/N asks approaching the blonde, twirling her sword in her hand.
“I’m sorry, who are you?” Emma asks facing the young H/C girl.
“L/N, Y/N L/N. Ring any bells?” Y/N responds a smirk playing on her lips.
“Wait, you’re the one everyone is supposed to fear?” The blonde asks with a laugh of disbelief, she looked the youth up and down, “you’re quite young aren’t you.”
“I may be young but I can take your heart out in the blink of an eye,” Y/N muttered through gritted teeth, and then her mood changed as if a flip was switched in her mind. “Anyway!” She chirped, “I must be on my merry way, I’ll see you later!” With that Emma was pushed to the side of the pavement with a flick of Y/N’s wrist.
After walking for what seemed like hours, Y/N finally came across a small diner. “What kind of name is Granny’s?” Y/N giggled to herself. Hiding her sword with a wave of her hand, she climbed the small stairs that led up to the front door, the bell rung out as the door swung open. The only other customer inside the homely diner was a brunette boy around the same age as Y/N. She strolled over to him and threw herself on the booth in front of him.
“That was quite the entrance,” he smiled at her. Then he tilted his head to the side with a confused expression, “I don’t think I know you.”
“No, I don’t think you do, I’m Y/N!” She responded with a bright smile.
“Oh well I’m Henry Mills!” Y/N’s eyes widened and a sinister smile crept up her face. She had found Regina Mills’ son.
“Are you the kid who broke the curse?” Y/N asked, in hopes of starting a conversation to gain information on the brunette.
“Well I prefer teenager but yes, yes I am,” Henry responded with a cute smile. Y/N chuckled lightly.
The two conversed for hours until he received a text saying he had to be home. “I’ll see you around Henry!” Y/N grinned.
“Bye Y/N!” He smiled, while waving.
Henry and Y/N would hang out nearly everyday, Henry started to fall for the young girl, which is exactly what she wanted him to do. If there was one way to get through to the Evil Queen, it was through the person she loved the most.
Y/N leaned across the table at Granny’s so her face was closer to Henry’s, she smirked as she watched a rosy blush rise up onto his cheeks. “So when exactly am I getting to meet these lovely mothers of yours?”
“We can meet them right now if you want?” Henry suggested, avoiding eye-contact with the H/C girl.
“Oh that’s a great idea!” She chirped jumping up from the booth. Henry followed her up quickly, she grabbed his hand and walked towards the front door. Henry blushed furiously at the contact, which Y/N caught a glance of.
Henry led the pair down the cobbled street towards his house, “Regina really had to make her life a luxury didn’t she?” Y/N muttered under her breath.
“What was that?” Henry asked glancing back at her.
“Nothing for you to worry about!” Y/N responded flashing a sweet smile. Henry shrugged it off and continued down the pavement. “So which of your mothers are my visiting first?”
“We’re going to visit Regina! She’s my adopted mother, she might look a bit threatening but I’m sure you’ll be fine!” Henry explained with a bright expression, it almost made Y/N feel bad for playing with his feelings, but not quite.
Henry unlocked the door to the huge mansion in front of the two teenagers, “Mum!” Henry shouted out to Regina.
After a few seconds Regina came rushing down the stairs, coming to a halt when she lay eyes on the young villain. “Henry, why is she in my house?” Regina asked eyes locked on Y/N’s.
“Oh this is my friend Y/N! She was interested in meeting you,” Henry responded slightly confused as to why his mother was so shocked.
“Henry come here right now!” Regina said sternly her eyes not leaving Y/N’s.
“But why-” Henry was cut off by Regina.
“Henry I said come here!” Regina shouted tearing her eyes away from Y/N. Henry looked between the two before hanging his head and walking over to Regina.
“Oh sweet Regina, have I missed your voice!” Y/N laughed before smirking at Regina.
“What are you doing in Storybrooke Y/N?” Regina asked sternly, clenching her fists. Y/N looked over at Henry who had a heartbreaking expression plastered on his face.
Y/N swallowed any guilt she had inside her and continued, “well since you dickheads don’t know how to hide a portal I thought I’d have a little look around, turns out I quite like it here.”
The door of the large mansion swung open and in came Mary Margaret and Emma Swan, “Snow! Miss Savior! How lovely of you to join us!” Y/N exclaimed with a fake smile.
“Y/N you have caused enough havoc already-” Emma started before getting interrupted by Henry.
“What are you guys talking about? Y/N has been hanging out with me everyday since she got here! And Y/N how do you know these people!” Henry shouted.
“Henry please stay out of this,” Emma grumbled.
“I’m sorry Henry, but you were just part of my plan. My plan to overpower a certain Evil Queen,” Y/N confessed, causing a single tear to slip down Henry’s face. How could he have been so naive to trust her so quickly?
“How could you?” He whispered before running up the spiral staircase. Y/N smirked at the three adults.
“Well Regina if you could be a doll and come with me that would be perfect!” Y/N continued as if she didn’t just break Henry’s heart.
“Y/N we may have had our fair share of evil in the past but I’m different now, I have someone to be good for.” Regina answered through gritted teeth.
“You know what you guys are boring, have fun dealing with Henry, I’ll be in this town somewhere!” With that Y/N walked out of the mansion and down the old cobble pavement.
Suddenly, a wave of guilt washed over the villain, though she didn’t understand why, all she’s ever done has been for her own gain and has thought nothing of it, why was this so different?
Questions swirled in her mind, ‘what was this feeling?’ ‘Who caused it?’ ‘Is it Henry?’ She was taken out of our own thoughts by someone tugging on her wrist, she whipped her head around and came face-to-face with Henry.
“Was it true?” He whispered tears welling up in his eyes, “what you said?”
All Y/N could do was nod, then gasp as she felt something wet running down her face. She panicked thinking it was blood and tried to heal herself with her magic, but nothing happened. Then it hit her, she was crying.
“Henry, I’m so sorry,” was all she could say before he turned away. “Henry please! Come back!”
She ran after Henry and tugged at his arm, turning him around. “Henry all I can feel is this horrible feeling for what I did to you, please how do I make it better?” The H/C girl pleaded.
“You’re guilty, and you should be.” Henry sternly replied, Y/N didn’t know what to do, she couldn’t seem to let him go. It just hurt too much.
Y/N did the only thing she could think of and that was to embrace Henry in a hug, “please Henry it hurts to let you go, please.”
“Wait, are you crying, aren’t you supposed to be a villain?” Henry asked in a joking manner.
“Henry please don’t joke around right now!” The young girl shouted.
“Y/N, could I try something?” Henry asked the smaller girl avoiding her piercing E/C eyes.
“You know what go ahead,” she responded, before she knew it his soft lips were on hers, it was like a movie. It felt as if fireworks were setting off inside of them.
