I need someone to draw Hera grieving over Temenus, her foster-father, after he dies, bc he's just a mortal man. Their dynamic is so tragic. He built statues and temples for her as she aged, watching her grow up every step of the way. But ultimately, she will live forever, and he cannot. Yet always will she find solace in her Stymphalian temple; when she has no one else, she still has his grave.
Imagine how foreign it would be, as a god, to look up to someone, to be reared by them, loved by them, and to think that they would always be there to guide and love you. And then, before you're even a hundred years old, they die.
