Erika laughed, thrusting her nose out into the little creature's face while it licked at her cheeks. It was so small that Erika had to carry it in her hat so that she wouldn't lose it, wrapping it up gently in the fabric while the little thing writhed and mewled.

She was on her way back from a convention when she and her friends happened upon a box of tiny animals. After they finished screaming and falling on themselves Erika noticed that one kitten in particular took a remarkable resemblance to someone that she knew.

"Hold on!" she told them, "I have to be back later!"

Here she was now, transporting the four-legged kitten to one Tom Tanaka, an old acquaintance of hers from several months ago during which they shared pains under the attack of a regretful gang.

It took her almost an hour to find the man, and when she did she thought she could see fear on his face. 

That wasn't so unusual for anyone who saw Karisawa Erika charging at them at full speed, screaming their name.

But this was something good! 

"Tanaka-kun!" she repeated with a laugh, holding her hat up for him to see, "I think he looks just like you, what do you think?"

The kitten had little gray circles around his eyes, opening his mouth wide in a little cry. It flopped onto its back in Erika's hat, waving its fluffy belly and its four flopping paws.

"Take him!"

My Bad Day

Let me tell you about my day yesterday! 

Firstly I was attacked by a group of gang members. I beat them off just fine and I even came across this briefcase of cash; hello, manga money!

But then while I was looking in the store window, I had to give it all up to the guy whose money it really was... I didn't want Shizuo-kun coming after me.

Since I saved this guy's money I decided that he owed me a drink, so I followed him, during which point we got attacked by another group of gang members.

I'm pretty sure I broke my wrist...

And then the guy just passed out! And I had to carry him! That's okay, I guess. I only got hit with a crowbar 3 times, it wasn't that bad.

Except the doctor he wanted me to use was all the way across the highway, so I had to dish out all of my money on a cab ride to take us there. So now I'm broke...

Good bye, manga money...

I had to drag this guy up a flight of stairs, but when I got to the top I realized there was an elevator, which would have been great to know when we first got in the building.

Keeping in mind that my buddy has been unconscious for the better part of 45 minutes.

We get to the top of the stairs and find the doctor and... you'll never believe it! HE LIVES WITH THE HEADLESS RIDER! KUUUUU!~

But then she left... I guess she went to go get Shizuo-kun to tell him that his boss is hurt.

Except now I'm at this doctor's apartment, ready to pass out. I don't want to look weak in front of all these people, and I'm pretty sure Heiwajima-kun is going to kick my ass for letting his friend get beat.

... I sure wish Dota-chin was here...
