A half-fae, son of the famous Nero Kobalos and president of the SPIDER club, Hern is... distant. Distrustful. Aloof. Doesn't like to talk. He always gives people the stink eye. Impossible to befriend. Hern IS pretty much one of the best, so I guess that's an excuse on why he's such a dick. The other thing he's competent at is business, but that's to be expected of the future CEO of Kobacorp. They always seem to be in second place compared to the Olympus company though... Wonder if that's also a factor to his behavior.

Signature Spell:

"Turning Green"

Gives Hern a power boost, but it comes with the unfortunate side effect of him revealing his true colors and what he truly thinks of people. His eyes also turn from green to a glowing yellow.

Relationships:

Malleus - Meh. All-powerful? Go you.

Lilia - ...Those bats of his brings up some good ideas. Other than that, not much else.

Sebek - Geez. Loud much?

Silver - He's alright. Just snooze off.

Orelio - A good friend. It's like Pierre, but without the emotional baggage.

Cammy - ...I mean if no one wanted him, then that means the only place that allows him is here. They do not go along together that well.

DP - Another annoyance. He's pretty amusing, however.

Pierre - Childhood friend. ...Hern's always been second place compared to him. And other things. Let's leave it like that.

Idia - More competition.

Tiny Tidbits:

Has a massive collection of tiny puzzles, ranging from color cubes to loop locks. He usually solves them in under 2 minutes and then puts them on a shelf, never to be played with again.

Has perfect balance! In flying lessons, he flexes that by standing on his broom like it's a glider. It's probably why that is his favorite subject.

Sometimes "borrows" some tech from his dad's company just to see if he'll one-up the Shrouds in some form or another. It always lands him in second place. Examples being color bombs and boomerangs.

His hair used to look like Sebek's, but he changed it sometime before graduating to a second year.

Another dwj-one 🙈 I might be moving on to the other characters if I can keep up my motivation for it. Robin at the top gull left, hern right tanaqui at the bottom and duck in the middle (kind of forgot him at first, that's why it is awkward) I always thought of Gull as bit of high-school American football player handsome, since he is not described much in the book.
