YESSS! It’s even worse when the audience knows the show’s dying but the exec’s insist on continuing the series. It sort of feels like false hope. “Will the show get better this year?” Probably not but at least we claimed the world record for most seasons in a tv series!

As much as people like to go “Omg I need more of this show” I guarantee that they would rather have less show that’s consistently good than more show that peters out (tbh I couldn’t even finish season 9 of Scrubs bc it was so bad)
