reasons: In multiple different productions of The Nutcracker I've seen he came off as gay to me and I think it's cool - A lot of productions of the ballet tend to give him a certain vibe that just seems like he's gay. Like in terms of his costume and how he acts. And in every production he's an older, unmarried guy in the 19th century who is always the sole person who isn't dancing with a partner in the party scene. Both of which were not common during that time period, and were often the case for mlm and wlw people back then.

On the 8th day of Christmas (nutcracker season 2022), my true love gave to me… Time with Herr Drosselmeyer! Singing aside. Here is my mix between the first prompt and the 8th. Haritas found his way to a stranger’s house, feeling pulled to it as if he would find answers to questions he had yet to ask. But inside, he found a kind man, calling himself Herr Drosselmeyer. The magical man showed him that he was far from the only nutcracker in the world. Haritas was in awe, it was as if his colours returned to him, like something suddenly had purpose. Will Haritas meet these other souls Drosselmeyer speaks of? Will he find new friends and find a place to call home?
