But it's so much funnier to say that LWA pulls off the rare feat of hetbaiting

the Hetbaiting in Yoi was *Clap* on point *clap*

We had from yuri’s side:

- the “love intrest”

- the “childhood friends”

- the fckn “I always knew you could and I believed in you”

- the you can come to me anytime im here for you (with the skate ring shit sight)

and from Victors side:

- The main dance thing right, boy x girl

thats about all i can remember right now but thats enough because having his coreography inspired by lets say a girl enchanted by a boy and the whole randevous thing right is enough to make people think hrs talking about a past relationship EVEN THO HE WAS AND WE KNOW IT WAS YURI BUT STILL

the Het baiting here is phenomenall.

And thats were we go to sk8 the infinity now.

the new episode has us seeing Reki looking at a girl and shit right- while Langa is right there.

In basis both Langa and Reki joke with erach other in this, so aswell as both showing little (almost no intrest from Langa’s side) its still there and its something.

Now we see their relationship since episode one as the “bEst friends always for each other spend 24/7 toguether that we’re fuckng mirrowing each other now” ind of thing which is supported by the last few episodes.

In this one we have the “Stinky” scenes episode ago we has the food sceneand shit which tells us how much they’re with each other.

Along with that we can see how confortable they’re with each other (them scaping from those things in ep 6 and langa and reki getting toguether and shit)

WHICH btw is a direct mirror of what Adam did with both of them.

Now the difference between what Adam did and what Langa did with Reki is literally the person i dont need to explain it do i no i dont.

back to what I was talking about, the anime is literally laying down the path for Reki to being canonically bisexual with unnamed boy and that girl.

BUT right, BUT, with that boy they never explicidly said anything about more than very good friends (to the point where Reki becomes “paranois” of losing someone else to Adam, thus he asks Langa to not compete and shit) so thick headed people can still say its “just a friendship” and that he’s as straight as a plank (even tho rainbow thingui on he boys med room says otherwise) 

So not only are they laying the bisexual ground on reki they’re also Hetbaiting help ??! 

Because with that girl, they explicidly said “you think shes cute” and “you dont have a chance with her” and we got Reki going after her and shit which I think its hillarious

But anywasy what i think is that the anime will have probably 12-16 episodes and shit will happen after the 10th or 11th one where we will see the title screen play out and reki going after Langa and shit.

i’m over halfway through the sixth season of voyager and knowing as i do that chakotay and seven end up together is like, so baffling and infuriating. because they have absolutely no chemistry. there is nothing there. seven has more chemistry with literally every other character on the show.

i suppose it’s better that i DO know now, because if i had avoided spoilers entirely i’d be blindsided and probably start throwing things.

Characters From Trek Shows I Haven’t Seen: VOY

Janeway: She killed Tuvix, which kinda sucks because Tuvix combined Neelix with a more likable character, but whatever. She also put Tom in solitary confinement, which is pretty fucked up, so...Yeah, she kind of scares me.

Chakotay: Failed attempt at Native American rep and that’s about it. Both him and his last-second girlfriend are more commonly shipped with Janeway.

Tom Paris: He’s the one that got turned into a salamander that one time.

Harry Kim: Voyager’s O’Brien who always suffers. Never gets promoted. Was in a hc fic episode with Tom.

Torres: Half-Klingon who hooks up with Tom. Like Kira, she was made out of Ensign Ro.

Neelix: A failed attempt to clone Quark.

Tuvok: Vulcans never get enough credit.

Kes: How do the Ocampa even exist? They seem designed to go extinct. This one actually likes dating Neelix. She also just goes psycho later on or something.

Seven of Nine: Autistic Ex-Borg with actual character development that’s easily forgotten because of her stupid outfit.

The Doctor: A hologram based on the guy who outed Julian as an augment which is hard to forget, even though the hologram didn’t do it, so I’ve been ignoring him out of spite. He does opera and the clip of that is pretty funny.

I was going to do Voyager and Enterprise in one go, but Voyager had more important characters than I remembered at first.
