but that isn't how salaries work. again, somewhere in humanity someone told somebody who told a large number of people that owning a business has more restrictions on the owner than allowances.

OWners have few restrictions outside of what they can afford.

If you own a football club you are free to pay your first team men and womens team equally RIGHT NOW, RIGHT NOW

no one is stopping you! but your not forced to.

Thus the issue here isn't about the freedom to pay equally cause every single football team on earth is free to do that right now and some already do. The issue is some dysfunctional law to demand a club do it and I argue, own a football team is a better solution than demanding a law.
