Something I would LOVE to see in the potential season 3 is more conversations between Belle and Hetty. Hetty is such a passionate and level-headed character. Let's be honest, she carries that hospital on her BACK most of the time, with the Prof. being drunk at every hour of the day, Dr. Sneed probably seconds away from a breakdown (at least in the 6 months b/w 1 & 2), and Jack off for some/most times of the day to gamble, do crime, or visit Belle. We only know so much about her. I've inferred that she has an unrequited interest in Jack throughout the first season. We know she's catholic. We know she cares deeply for Rotty. She's intelligent, sarcastic and blunt. But we don't know how she came to be that person, which is SUCH a shame. And I love me some good show, don't tell. But I ALSO love me strong female duos. There's honestly so much potential for Belle and Hetty, both in developing a friendship inside the hospital, but also outside of it! Through that, we might get to learn more about Hetty alongside Belle. (If they do take that direction, I hope they include something, a scene or moment that establishes that Jack is already aware of Hetty's background. They've told each other they're the best thing/friend to come from Port Victory but like- it's SO hard to believe that when we see so little of their actual relationship.) Bonus points if Fanny is involved. I could see Fanny threatening a man for/with Hetty and that visual makes me joyous.
