𝑺𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒚,23𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒄𝒕• happy 3years to mono! my most beloved album, I can't believe it's been 3 years as I joined this fandom on the same time so it's safe to say I grew with it. I think it's the first thing to have my attention this long, I still pretty much listen to these tracks on regular basis and I cannot describe the amount of comfort this has given me.

18.02.2020 // brown sugar and cinnamon lattes are my faaaaaavorite. it’s been raining for solid weeks now with only having had a few sunny days here and there. it can be a real bummer on the mood, and make it hard to get out of bed each morning, but i’m trying to hone in on the “cozy vibes” until spring finally comes to brighten up the world.

Cozy nights are my favorite! I redid my room a few weeks ago and it makes late-night studying so much more enjoyable. Usually, my night-time routine includes eating shin ramyun at 2am, listening to lofi remixes, and studying (usually math). Tonight, I switched it up and had microwave popcorn haha! Another girl and I are heading up the Communications Team at our online school, so we had our first meeting today about the newspaper and student social media. I’m excited to start writing the articles. I could write all day long. This weekend I have GOT to email some people about jobs and internships. I keep putting it off but I need to just break down and do it. But first, I need to get through this math test.

Had the nicest, most relaxing day just driving around and exploring libraries and cafés.  I went to the bookstore and bought The Secret History; I always buy books I fall in love with.  I have hundreds of books I’ve collected over the years and have been thinking about the carefully curated small bin of books I plan on taking to college next year.  The Secret History will definitely be coming with me.  I also bought From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler, a beautiful book I read long ago but wanted to own as well.

Last night there was a meteor shower!  I sat outside with my parents and we looked at the stars for a long time.  We live at a place that is far enough away from the city that there is zero light pollution.  It was a truly magical night.  I got to see (and wish upon of course) my first shooting star!  I don’t believe in luck but gosh, there’s something shooting stars that makes me believe in serendipity just a little bit.  There’s just something about stargazing at 2am.  It was one of those moments you know you’re going to miss before it’s even over.
