The month of March 2020 makes exactly ONE year since I've been an employee of the YMCAs. Maaan I tell you from then on that first day til now - Wheeew man. What a journey. As I've said before, working them 12-PLUS hour shifts (NOT including UPS at night), bringing my son in at 4AM to open and then taking him back to the house or daycare. Then on to the next job. Sometimes going from home to theY, to the 2nd Y, then going home/daycare, THEN going BACK to the Y just to get off and have to go STR8 to UPS, the ONLY breaks being the trip i drive to and from these places then have to come home to my son 😩... I got one word for ya : STRENGTH. Baby, ion know how else BUT GOD. Ppl used to have SO MUCH to say about me but they just didn't understand how TIRED and worn OUT I used to be from that shit especially when I moved in my OWN space.
