this is so so cool that I'm having trouble wrapping my head around it. I guess I'll start with:

ava and andreas, how do you normally spend your days? would you rather be doing something else, or do you enjoy it?

Ava is resting her head on Andreas, or, rather, she is leaning her head to the left to indicate she would like to while not being so obvious that she can't double down if he refuses. "If you mean together, I think we spend a lot of our time writing songs. Or, trying to. Sometimes it's frustrating and sometimes I feel a little slow, because he's been writing since, five?..."

Andreas nods. "Seven."

"...And I only started when we were in college. But I wouldn't wish for anything else. It's the one thing we've always done together, that we can't do with anyone besides each other."

"In my free time, I just exercise. I have a gym membership; it helps my confidence to show my top surgery scars a little through the sleeves of my shirts. There's this guy who I run next to 'cause he's a great conversationalist even though he doesn't speak a lot of English. He calls me Cicatrízo to be funny, which it is.

Sometimes, ah..." he looks over at Ava, finally notices, and places her head on his bare shoulder. "...Work takes over my day, and I miss gym. Which I still pay for. So, not every day is the best it can get. And it's even harder to exercise when you're not fully corporeal, so there's that, but overall I think.. yeah. I like my life. Half-life."

"Individually? Um... It really varies. I love work, and work is important, so when I don't have to I'm typically looking over my notes or updating labels in storage rooms. I have a few plants in my room, so I try to water them. I get tired of it, but I suppose who doesn't? I can't complain. I do like to play guitar— recreate the old songs we played in college, or try and come up with something new to put lyrics to. And I enjoy taking walks at night, which is easier with my sleep pattern. You could call it cathemeral."

"Is that the opposite of precuspular?"

"Crepuscular. And, no." :)
