Keerai Oat Dosai, also known as Palak Oats Dosa, is a healthy and savory Indian crepe made with the goodness of spinach and oats. It's a nutritious and delicious breakfast option that's rich in fiber and flavor.
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup rice flour. 1/2 cup spinach palak, finely chopped. 1/4 cup yogurt. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds. 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger. 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped. A pinch of asafoetida hing. Salt to taste. Water, as needed. Oil for cooking dosas.
Instructions: Put rolled oats, rice flour, and yogurt in a bowl and mix them together. Put in the salt, green chilies, cumin seeds, grated ginger, and chopped spinach. Combine well. Slowly add water and mix until the batter is smooth and easy to pour. Take a break for 10 to 15 minutes. Set a dosa pan or nonstick skillet on medium heat. Use a little oil to grease it. Put a small amount of the batter on the pan and spread it out in a circle to make a thin dosa. Put a little oil around the edges of the dosa and cook it until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Turn the dosa over and cook the other side until it gets crispy too. Take the dosa out of the pan and do it again with the rest of the batter. You can eat it hot with sambar or chutney.
