i like to make chicken flavour Shin Ramyun with a spoonful of peanut butter and two sunny-side-up runny fried eggs on top, with spring onions (scallions for u wee american scamps) and that Lao Gan Ma chilli crisp stuff

but then sometimes instead of eating it hot i let it cool down, put it in the fridge, and let it get really cold overnight and sometimes i'll add lil matchsticks of cucumber and make it like a fucked up ramen salad and it's especially cool that the egg yolks kind of cure themselves it's very good and exciting to come back to to scran on
