  1. Something that makes you cry?

Literally everything. Few things don't make me cry. Books, every film I watch, music, weddings, cute baby animals, people complimenting me/doing nice things for me... To borrow someone else's phrase, if I'm not between a four and a seven on the emotional scale, I'm crying.

2. Whose face would you lick if you had the chance?

Andrew Garfield, Gaspard Ulliel, Sam Palladio. Dayyum.

3. Something from your childhood which you are still scared of.

Uhh, spiders, I guess? That's kind of obvious. Um, when I was six, I was in a kids club in the south of France, and for some effing incomprehensible reason, they thought it was a good idea to take us young children out into the woods and tell us ghost stories. One such story was about a ghost that lurked outside people's windows.. I can't remember the particulars, but to this day I can't open my curtains at night.

4. Do you bake?

I do bake. Frequently. My chocolate chip cookies kick all kinds of ass.

5. Why is Finland so awesome?

Speaking from my own perspective, Finland is so awesome because I know practically nothing about it; it remains a realm of mystery to me.

6. Even more important, why is London so awesome?=

It's home for me, which makes it pretty awesome in my opinion. It's where all my friends are, I love the bookshops and the , the food and culture is incredible, the architecture is beautiful... Incidentally, non-awesome things about London include the tube in rush hour, drunk guys outside bars hitting on you (although admittedly this seems to happen in most places), and how hard it is to get served without ID.

7. What is the one thing you want the most right now? And I’m not talking like PEACE OF MIND or HAPPINESS or whatever, but do you want a fucking helicopter or a horse or something?

Most pressingly, I want a nap and/or a strong drink, but beyond that, I want a first edition of Romeo and Juliet, infinite YSL lipstick, an absurdly sparkly dress, and to have dinner with David Foster Wallace. I actually already have a horse, and two Shetland ponies called Mouse and Pipkin. They're delightful.

8. What is the last movie you saw?

I watched the film of Memoirs of a Geisha, one of my favourite books, a couple of nights ago. It was incredibly beautiful, brilliantly made, and I wish I looked like all the actresses in it.

9. Who do you share your Birthday with?

According to Wikipedia, almost no one of note except Ryan Reynolds.

10. A book you would burn.

I wouldn't really burn any books, but if you made me choose, I guess I'd pick my Biology textbook.

11. What is the meaning with life?

Bloody hell, that's a big question for a tumblr survey! Um, I think the most important things in life are empathy and learning, so I guess, to learn everything you can about other people, and to appreciate the infinite complexity of everyone around you?? Seems like a reasonable life goal, at the very least.

I don't yet, exactly! And I am the most contrite and I feel like the worst person in the entire world for keeping you in suspense, darling, oh my God. I am the absolute most dreadful and I will let you know as soon as I do (Lizzie Lizzie why must I rely on Lizzie), and until then you have every right to be utterly irked with me.
