High Point Monument in High Point Stat Park, Montague, #NewJersey. High Point is the highest elevation in the state at 1,803 feet. The New Hampshire granite and Shawangunk quartz tower, built between 1928 and 1930, rises 220 feet in honor of war veterans. It was designed by architect Marion Sims Wyeth.
