Probably an unpopular opinion but this season of High Potential is not as good as the first. Giladec barely have scenes together. I absolutely hate that new captain. I hate that Morgan almost screwed a criminal. I hate that Adam is getting ready to screw some rando. I hate that Selena is basically a side character now. I hope things turn around because I'm losing interest fast.

My only true take of high potential is let Morgan have her banger polycule ler her have Karadec, Lucia, Soto, Wagner, Roman, the british dude and that mom lady who related to her in season one, let her bang every hot person there and keep everyone as a big family with my girlboss on the middle. She deserves all the hot people bowing to her thats all.

And oz and daphne should be together as the cute himbo big tit couple on the side just happy there.

Hope your HPI doesn’t affect you as bad

It’s affecting me in a way that I ask myself too many questions, it creates unnecessary anxiety, and I have manic episodes where I focus on a thing or a person and try to know everything about it. It also means that I am easily bored and always need to be stimulated. But I know how to deal with these things so it is not thaaaaaaat hard.

(HPI is in French, so in English It would be translated as High Intellectual Potential 🤔... but the real term is « intellectual giftedness »)

Finished S2 and I keep with my bible aka MORGAN POLYCULE AGENDA PLEASE LET HER HAVE EVERYONE (but Daph and Oz they are like the cute couple that the polycule adopted and Ludo because they are platonic besties)

🧩 High Potential – Staffel 2

Morgan ist zurück – und auch Staffel 2 hat für mich wieder diesen besonderen Mix, der die Serie schon in der ersten Staffel so angenehm gemacht hat.

Die Fälle sind spannend, ohne zu schwer zu wirken. Die Ermittlungsarbeit bleibt interessant, weil Morgan einfach anders auf Dinge schaut. Sie sieht Details, stellt ungewöhnliche Fragen und bringt dadurch immer wieder Bewegung in die Fälle.

Besonders wichtig bleibt auch in dieser Staffel das Thema Roman. Seine Geschichte ist weiterhin nicht abgeschlossen und zieht sich wie ein leiser roter Faden durch die Folgen.

Was ich nicht ganz so toll fand, war der Cliffhanger am Ende. Natürlich macht er neugierig auf die nächste Staffel, aber für mich hätte das Staffelfinale ruhig etwas runder sein dürfen.

Trotzdem ist Staffel 2 für mich wieder eine starke Fortsetzung – clever, unterhaltsam und mit genug persönlicher Tiefe.
