Fun Outdoor Cardio: Hill Sprint HIIT
Weather has been getting quite pleasant in Europe and it is the perfect time for outdoor workouts. This week I want to share one of my favorite outdoor cardio routines: a hill sprint HIIT. It is quite easy to find hills in Europe, but if you live in a place where hills are hard to find then you can do the same thing on a track or any open flat surface. Sprinting is one of the best exercises because it activates all of your leg muscles and helps you build some serious power in your legs. Just look at a professional sprinter. They are usually quite ripped.
In this workout I found a 100m hill and ran up and down 12 times with 45 sec rest in between. This took me about 20 min but I was basically dead at the end of my workout. If you are new to cardio, you can start with 6 rounds and a longer rest time.
Hopefully you guys find it helpful and fun :-)
