10 mountain climbers (each side)
10 tricep dips
10 cross-punch sit ups 10 lunges (each side)
10 side-plank crunches (each side)
10 leg raises
10 bicycle crunches
5k run
30 minutes yoga
I don't have access to a gym until school starts in a few weeks but that doesn't mean I can't get a great/sweaty workout in.
Descending Ladder:
60 situps 60 squats
60 push ups Repeat doing 45, 30, 15
Cardio:
10 minute warm-up jog
Stair run
Run the stairs (up and down) x5
10 squats
Repeat stair run/squats x6
10 minute cool down.
Stretching:
Yoga-it out for about 45min.
