A scene that drives me NUTS is the snippet where House talks to Bonnie about how dating Wilson was in s3ep20.

And then she starts talking about how sex was with him. And House just stands there stark still. Even gets a dazed look on his face when he finds out his best friend is incredible in bed. That "nobody works harder to give a woman what she wants". He just stares.

And then later in the episode, Bonnie angrily storms into House's office and tells him that she named their dog after him; because that dog couldn't stand anyone but Wilson. That she resented him early in the marriage because House was always stealing Wilson away from her.

And of course he doesn't feel guilty. He just insults her on the anagram she used to name Hector, because it's not like he was the one who really fucked up their marriage; she said so herself. Wilson chose to spend all that time with him. Because Wilson preferred House over his wives. Over all of his relationships. Over everything. It's always been House. No one else and nothing else mattered to him even half as much as House.

I headcanon that during their first years of friendship, Wilson helped House buying clothes that actually felt comfortable since House would constantly complain about his old ones being itchy and uncomfortable.

So Wilson one day dragged House into a clothes shop and they started testing and testing until House found a bunch he truly felt comfortable with and they bought like 10 of the same, and that's why House usually wears the same clothes so often even if he doesn't even use the hospital's uniform, his old indie band t-shirts or steals some or Wilson's clothes which textures he can stand.

Hilson Thoughts of the Day

Wilson was House’s twin-flame. House’s rare moments of total relaxation were with Wilson. His rarer moments of genuine laughter were with Wilson. Of the three times we saw House cry in the series, two involved Wilson. The deep friendship, absolute loyalty, and endless love between House and Wilson captured my soul and I have remained a willing captive ever since. Hilson forever!
