Good question! I’d say no. They make me nostalgic but now that I’m significantly older, wow 9 years later, it’s harder to ship smth where they become friends at like age 14 and 18 or 19 (I know honeys age was never confirmed) and develop into romance when hiro is older

bc even tho the romance starts later they still met and become friends when he’s just so young

Was a cute ship to have at the time tho and still fond of my art of it and the art back then of it

honestly I feel so alone shipping hirolemon like I’m used to tiny fanbases but 2 years after the movie it feels like me and maybe two other people

I love hirolemon so much ;____; I would never ship them at the ages they are in canon to be toigether at that time but imo there's absolutely nothing wrong w them dating when hiro is a few years older (hiro could be 18, honey could be 22 or something) like it 's so precious and people were so nasty abt it and I hate people lmao

Some people are so bizarre when it comes to fictional characters and aging. Harry and Ginny are both 10-11 in the first HP book – does that make it shocking and offensive that they were written as married with children when they got older? (And if so, why are people going after random fanfic writers? Surely a mainstream publishing phenomenon is a much bigger Threat To Our Children.)

I’ve got a friend who met her now-wife when they were 26 and 18, respectively. They dated for six solid years, then decided it was obviously going well and got married. That’s not somehow immoral because the younger partner was 14 at some point in her past. People are ridiculous.
