okay, my parents were at dinner, but ma called and we talked and then she put my dad on the phone and both of them think its ok that i don’t feel comfortable cooking on my own just yet, that if i want to try they’re more than willing to help over the phone and talk me through it, but they can understand and if i dont feel like i can, it can wait, we’ll practice more when they get back and then after i’ll cook dinner for all of us one night.
aaand on another note maybe i have some new things to talk to my therapist about at our skype session on friday...
