Lessons from Not Jazz

Knowing history/being a history major is not the same as knowing about present day politics! 

Being a history major means focusing on a subject, 20 years and further back. That ranges from knowing a certain subject about Ancient Egypt, Medieval history, The Black Death, knowing all the Monarchs of France, or even social history of the women’s movement.

We do not know every single fucking detail about modern politics!  

That’s not a history majors skill! Stop asking!
