i love hitosaya so much theyre so beautiful.

i always pictured hitomi feeling a sense of guilt because, every time she saw sayaka giving kyousuke any strain of affection, she couldn't help but feel an inherent sadness wash over her. she came to the conclusion that she must be in love with kyousuke, and acted upon what she thought her feelings were.

but even after pursuing him, she still feels hollow. why? after all, surely this is what she wanted? a sophisticated yet tragic boyfriend who loves to play music should surely add more love to her perfect life, yet she cant help but feel as if it changed nothing.

i cant really see hitomi or sayaka confessing to eachother. i feel like they could spend forever, both of them in love with eachother before either one would have the courage to speak up. i don't think hitomi would even realise until its far too late. maybe she'd be at sayaka's funeral and it hits her in the face that what she felt was love, or it could even be years later in the future. she goes to her first job interview and the woman across from her gives her that same spark of fire, or she's going home after a long day of work to watch some tv and the character on her screen is just like her old friend.

I don't get Hitomi hate at ALL.

like not only did she make the decision to sit sayaka down and explain directly what her intentions were,But she also gave Sayaka the Chance to confess to Kyosuke Herself because they are childhood friends,and She said mentioned how Sayaka had known him longer and had every right to go after him. Hitomi has NO idea about magical girls or all that Sayaka sacrificed in hopes of getting him to return her feelings,Because let's be real Sayaka was most likely never planning on originally confessing to kyosuke in the first place. She held onto the hope he'd come to her and Eventually tell her how much she meant to him before they got together and live their happy ending. But now with Sayaka being a magical girl that couldn't really happen anymore,And Then Hitomi comes in to 'steal' her love.

But to Hitomi all she did was fall for her best friends crush,completely unaware sayaka gave her literal soul up for that same boy. I will NOT take Hitomi slander

What if I write a canon divergence where Hitomi confesses to Sayaka because she was nervous about admitting she liked the same guy as her, that'd be so silly, kinda wanna do that now
