Made my own version of Horror sans! I am super proud of the design.

Info about Axe's au, Huntertale

Axe's canine form

Background: He was found by Nightmare after Nightmare detected a large about of negativity coming from his AU, so he offered him a position on his team, with the promise of food, shelter, and protection. Nightmare couldn't feed Horror's entire AU of course, that would be a full-time job by itself, and Nightmare was far too busy to maintain that, so Horror told Nightmare to destroy the AU so they would be put out of their misery.

Personality: Despite looking pretty scary, he's actually really sweet to those he trusts, especially if they're in need of food. He gets extremely aggressive when he feels threatened, or when he's in a state of starvation. He is usually indifferent to humans, hybrids, and other monsters, unless specifically requested to kill one by Nightmare, if he's in a fit of starvation, or if he hates someone to the point of wanting them dead, which nearly never happens.

Abilities: He lost most of his magic when Undyne shot him through the skull with a spear, but his ability to shortcut stayed with him. He can summon a large bone in the shape of an axe, as well as sharp bones. Monsters in his AU evolved to be better fit for hunting, so he gained the ability to smell blood from over a mile away. He also increased his strength for hunting purposes. The fangs that protrude out of his mouth make it hard to eat certain food.

Artist notes: The fluff on his coat can fluff up to emphasize certain emotions. You can bend the rules a bit when it comes to his fangs, based on the expression. The red part in his eye can also change to show emotion.

His official name is HK Horror/ HK Axe to differentiate him from the original to avoid potential drama.

HK!Horrortale is officially called "Huntertale" now.

So, Axe isn't the one who trapped all the monsters underground. Huntertale Frisk was. They did it as a sort of punishment. They almost died several times, almost all of them because of Undyne. Undyne in this au was hellbent on killing Frisk to give the determination soul to Asgore so monsterkind could be free. When Axe confronted her about it, Undyne lost control of her emotions and attacked Axe. Undyne was taken out of the position of captain of the royal guard, and that role was given to Papyrus. Undyne was placed in prison for nearly killing the royal judge of the underground. Toriel was informed, and she was told to keep watch for any humans that were to end up down in the underground, and to report to Asgore immediately. Toriel was given the role of "guardian of the entrance to the underground". All human souls were placed in a secure place that only Asgore knew, and the CORE was shut down to prevent the humans from finding the underground and killing all the monsters down there. They evolved to hunt, feeding off of wildlife that wandered down with the help of Toriel, who let them through the entrance to the underground.
