What a lovely day I've had at Helsinki City Theater Opening Carneval. So much talent and beauty under one roof. I'm always surprised how amazing all of their productions are and it looks like this year will be even better. As a certified filmbuff I'm most excited about the upcoming 'The Little Mermaid' - The Musical. We had the pleasure to see the opening number today and I must say that the sets are breathtaking! Ping @peter__fransen 😍 @samuelharjanne (the director) made sure we wouldn't see too much so I'll just havo to wait until 29th of Auhust when the show premiers here in Helsinki, Finland. 🎶 "Under the Sea" 🎶 Yesterday Helsinki City Theater finally revealed the cast of their upcoming Disney musical 'The Little Mermaid' directed by @samuelharjanne. @sonjapajunoja as Ariel and her real life patner @martti.manninen as prince Erik (2nd pic). I really can't think any better choises for those roles. I can’t wait to see this one. It's gonna be the biggest musical production that @hktfi has ever produced. Puppeteers from @starwars @xmenmovies @paddingtonbear and so many other talented people are working hard to make the 30th anniversary of this particular Disney classic memorable.
