Jinki leaned back against the wall popping his gum as the teacher droned on. It was still unbelievable that he needed this to pass. One foreign language credit away from having the diploma in his hand. It was like they were dangling it over his head.
Looking to the side, the girl next to him was diligently taking down notes on what the professor was saying. "You spelled that wrong." He commented reading her notes. The professor was done speaking and they were supposed to be doing a practice conversation now. Jinki turned himself completely to face her waiting for her to say something.
