My OC Hoðr, Ares and Lana’s son and younger brother of Lani

He’s a healer (that staff looks more like a lance are you sure 🤨) a really good one at that but don’t assume that he’s weak! He’s a combative healer and uses his staff like a lance to attack.

He’s got this strange ability where a reticle shows up in his right eye, (maybe it’s the major Ullr blood) not only can he use this to aim well, but he can easily look into someone’s condition and accurately identify and diagnose any problems with it.

He takes his healing duties very seriously and will not allow his allies to jump back into battle until they’re fully healed.

He can get a bit dramatic especially with his “rival” Baldr after meeting him in Askr

He’s also got a crush on Edlyn (Seliph and Fee’s daughter)

merry @nagamas to @airlock ! i was so so so excited to see your 12 crusaders prompt (big jugdral lore nerd here) so i drew a bunch of them for you, i always imagined they’d be pretty close with each other so here they are having a bit of fun!!!! almost like there’s nothing to worry about lolol

Day 219 - Hoðr, Fire Emblem Heroes

So I found this thing and thought I should do this with my characters <3 with so,so fun facts (that are true to my knowledge, please correct me if I’m wrong!) and song recs under the cut!!

BALDER

He is the god of light, innocence, purity, joy, and beauty. He’s considered the most beautiful of the gods. He was heir to the throne of Asgard, and was the main reason Asgard was holding itself together (ref: Ragnarok) Odin fought to retrieve him from Hel’s grasp, and she always kept Balder just out of Odin’s reach. Balder took care of Hoðr as much has he could.

THOR

He is the god of Thunder, strength, storms, lightning, and freedom. He is considered the protector of Humanity. He’s considered both a Fertility and a War god. He is called the strongest of all the gods, and he is nearly uncontested for strength. There was one time where Mjolnir was stolen from him by the giant Thrym. Thrym demanded that, for Mjolnir’s return, he would get Freya’s hand in marriage. Thor went, dressed up as Freya. Thrym had terrible eyesight, so he could not tell. When Mjolnir was proposed to Thor as a wedding gift, he slayed all of the giants there (except Loki) and returned with no other difficulty. (I’m gonna stop here, but I could talk wayyy more about him)

VIÐARR

He is the god of vengeance and silence. He is also seen as the god of Justice too, though that title more commonly goes to Týr. He is the second strongest good, only shy of Thor. He is an expert archer but can use all weapons. He is one of the youngest gods, being born After Balder’s death and growing up within a day. Many tales between Viðarr and Váli seem to be mixed up whenever I find them, so excuse any inaccuracies 😅 He slain the great Fenrir wolf after he killed the Allfather, and survived Ragnarok. He has magical boots (that I won’t let myself go into detail about right now)

HOÐR

He is Balder’s disabled twin brother and the god of darkness, winter, night, and (sometimes) war. He is blind and said to be crippled as well. He is most famous for trusting Loki and in turn killing Balder. He paid for that with his life, as he was slain by (I believe(0) Viðarr. (Either Viðarr or Váli, their tales are often jumbled together).

ODIN

Odin needs no introduction. He is the Allfather, the Omnicient leader god. He is seen as a god of wisdom, and many other things (that are up to interpretation). He has two ravens, Huginn (Thought) and Muninn (Memory). Odin tends to roam all the realms, doing as he pleases. He is a shapeshifter, but tends to take the form of a wise old man. He has almost selfish tendencies in gaining more wisdom and knowledge. He tricked Týr into losing his hand by lying to Fenrir wolf. He is also considered a protector of humanity and is one of the main reasons why Jotuns have not exterminated us, as many say.

ME <3

I’m an autistic Norse-mythology lover. I do extensive research in my free time and draw SO MUCH of them that it is all that I have seen over the last two-ish months (I think? I’m really bad with time). None of the names listed are my real name but they’re names I enjoy using (ALittleSketchy, Fey, Liljahilde, and Lilly)! I go by any pronouns as well <3 I’m thinking of starting g Commissions soon too!!
