Tolkien dreams ahoy!!
So to cure a bit of sadness I had last night I watched some LOTR. Not only do the films make me happy but apparently give me awesome dream fuel!
I dreamt I was at Hobbitcon Vier with prettyyoungthranduil, we got to meet all the European Tolkien cosplays we admired and were generally in tears about everything. Which I assume is going to become a reality when we are there next year. Anywho, I have plans to cosplay Varda and have been working on her slowly; in the dream she was complete (which I need to draw before I forget) and I was going around blessing all my elf babies.
The most vivid part I remember was me going around to all the Kiliel cosplayers and giving them my blessings as Lady Varda because I recalled the nastiness that happened to starbit and ingridbeast (and their cosplay family) when they went up stage for the costume contest.
I don’t know why this dream made me so ridiculously happy but man, I’m in bed sketching, and tearing up a bit just remembering. So yeah, HobbitCon Vier, if you see me as Lady Varda and want my blessings please come up to me and make my ridiculous dream come true.
