Just wanted to share what I got for 2025 from Hobonichi. This year I've been using: A5 Avec, A6 HON, and a Weeks planner. The only thing I changed for next year is the A6 size. I wanted to buy a cover so I skipped the HON designs and got a plain one. I think the Only Is Not Lonely cover is a touching quote from the founder (and love that green). Also got the Unsodo Weeks because the colors just felt right and would match my current cover. It's cheery but not obnoxious.

Honestly none of the A5 covers were calling to me as much as last years by Tomitaro Makino. Already put my current planner inside. Love it. The botanical and earthy vibes took over. I love the green of the POTR and it really matches the A6 Only Is Not Lonely cover almost exactly. (Oh and I got an A5 notebook too because I've fallen in love with the paper and just loved the design.)

Hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July! I spent the day rejuvenating and relaxing. Watched fireworks from home and caught up on some work for the shop. Going to have to find a new theme for tomorrow's daily page because I've used up so many of my strawberry ones. Do you stick with a theme in your daily pages? Or do you make each day unique?

Hobonichi users: What are your favorites from the new lineup for next year? I mostly like the classic leather covers but they're too expensive for me. The POTR is neat too, but also out of budget. I kind of like the A5 fabric cover from yuge fabric farm, but again: too expensive. Maybe I'll try the Alettone or Only Is Not Lonely because they are more earthy, neutral colors. I might even get last year's Tomitaro Makino Koshinso cover because I love the botanical vibe. Also eyeing the Unsodo Rainbow HON...

For the weeks I like the Through the Purple Night art, but I don't know the band. Is that allowed? Or maybe the Tanabata Decorations or Harvest Plaid. I can't really decide at all! Wish I could see them in person.

Tried incorporating my Tombow Fudenosuke pen this time. I have a hard time figuring out how to make it small enough to fit though. My hand just wants to write BIG!
