Pat dry with paper towels. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for at least 5 minutes. Season the Turkey: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, rosemary, sage, thyme, black pepper, and mustard. Rub the mixture evenly over the turkey breast. Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes per pound, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh registers 165F 75C. Once cooked, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
