I don't know if you still do ticklish headcanons but I remember awhile back you did a story for the Shantae series so I was wondering what your tickle headcanons were for the girls of the series?

Part One: Shantae & Friends
This very, very, very, incredibly, embarrassingly-late request returned to my attention with the arrival of Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution on consoles & PC. I’ve been in a Shantae mood and, at great personal risk, braved the harsh environments of Sequin Land to study its inhabitants.
Shantae
Ticklishness Rating: 8/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Does "Everywhere!" count?
Shantae’s philosophy: “What sort of Gloomy Gus doesn’t love a tickle fight?”
Will never deny being ticklish or get angry when subjected to it - she quite enjoys it. ^^
Adorably jumpy. Tickling always makes her dance and hop around like a bunny…which can lead to accidental transformations.
Once, when Rottytops wouldn’t stop poking her sides, her “tickle dance” somehow transformed her into a fine leather couch.
She’s tickled her opponents’ tummies in battle too many times to count, both intentionally and by accident (it’s that freakin’ ponytail!).
By this point it’s part of her repertoire and she WILL use it if necessary.
Favorite pastime: Going to the Scuttle Town bathhouse with girlfriends. Between the exfoliating scrubs, full body massages, and tickly splash-fights, there’s always an abundance of giggles in that place.
As a professional belly dancer, Shantae takes pride in her attractive abdomen. She knows it’s a tickle magnet…and doesn’t care. ;)
Add. Notes: Unclear if her ponytail whip is magical & prehensile in nature, or if her dancing abilities have simply granted her uncanny mastery over her hair’s momentum. Or maybe she has a skeleton in there?
Risky Boots
Ticklishness Rating: 10/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Balls of Feet, Ribs, Inner Thighs
Tickling is one of the few things the Pirate Queen truly can’t stand. She screams at the slightest touch on one of her sensitive spots.
Her greatest humiliation and her most closely-guarded secret. Nothing is faster in turning her cheeks blood-red, or in stoking her anger.
She has no ability to control her hysterics. Won’t spill secrets or plead for mercy, but her cool composure shatters instantly.
Famous for her unfettered and rapturous villain laugh that comes in wild eruptions. It’s siren-like in its smoky femme fatale allure… people who tickle her can find it difficult to stop, even at the risk of losing their hands.
Must be imprisoned or restrained. (Unless you want her to disembowel you.)
Shantae is one of the few who discovered her weakness and lived to tell the tale, mostly because she’s not mean enough to exploit it.
Risky isn’t above using tickle-torture on her enemies, but rarely does...why risk payback?
(A small part of her does take sadistic glee in tickling Shantae & her sidekicks.)
Sky
Ticklishness Rating: 9/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Arches, Sides
Unusual Ticklish Spots: Shoulder Blades
Zero tolerance. Being tickled infuriates her.
She fumes and shouts and descends into a flurry of punches.
That said, if she reflexively hits her tickler, she’ll usually apologize right away, while simultaneously blaming them. The personification of “if you tickle me I’m not responsible for your injuries.”
Her laugh is moany and sounds upset, as if she’s in pain.
Ironically, given her kinship with birds, feathers are very effective on her.
Her rivalry with Rottytops often leads to physical scuffles. “No tickling” has long been a silently-agreed-upon rule between the two…one which Rotty frequently breaks.
Rottytops
Ticklishness Rating: 8/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Toes, Armpits, Back of Knees
Instigator. Troublemaker. Scamp. She tickles people all the time, purely to annoy and grate on their nerves. (Especially Sky.)
Her tickle attacks are rough and fast and uninhibited - she digs her fingernails in hard and doesn’t always know when to quit.
Rotty’s laugh might best be described as “snotty.” Pitchy, rapid, peppered with snorts.
A kicker. You've really gotta hold her still.
Like many youngest siblings, her big brothers used to pin her down and tickle her without mercy when she was a growing human. She can’t remember that, but she loved it.
Weirdest/grossest way to tickle a zombie: Bugs and worms sometimes nibble their way through Rotty's body and cause giggly hyperactive tremors.
Removable, modular body parts present both an advantage and a disadvantage: while she can send her arms off to tickle people from a distance, the tradeoff is that one could also split her into pieces and tickle her out of her own reach.
⬆️ This exact thing has happened to her at least 4 times.
Add. Notes: For a corpse, her skin is very human and still malleable. Subject shows no outward signs of rigor mortis. Zombification may have been supernatural rather than viral or biochemical - possible explanation for how necrotic tissue can still carry ticklish impulses. More research needed.
Sultana of Sequin Land
Ticklishness Rating: 6.5/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Soles, Belly
Owing to her size, the sovereign of these lands does not experience tickling often, either giving or receiving. (It’s hard for her to tickle people without squishing them.)
Patient and matronly in demeanor. Doesn’t mind if her tiny human subjects ever try to tickle her feet - she just laughs and indulges and has fun. She’s very open to the activity.
Very gentle when given the chance to return the favor…only uses soft, slow scratches. Just one of her enormous index fingers is enough to pin down a normal-sized person while it draws circles around their stomach.
Her laugh is warm, soft, and airy...like a summer breeze, or a buttery oven-fresh croissant. (Good lord that’s a horrible analogy.)
Can hold remarkably still while tickled; won’t squirm or jump around much. But she’ll wiggle her toes a lot.
Holly Lingerbean
Ticklishness Rating: 7/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Belly Button, Arches
While not deathly-sensitive, Holly has a tickle tolerance comparable to Sky and Risky. Never peevier was there a pet (...or…never was there a pet more peeved? 🤔 ...or something clever).
She doesn’t laugh - she lets out shrill screams and curses and threats of violent retaliation.
Very whiny and bratty. More likely to punch or slap than tickle back.
Enjoys making others suffer. Though tickling isn’t her first choice, she will use it if she knows it will humiliate opponents.
Expressed an eagerness to “punish” Shantae.
Twitch & Vinegar
Ticklishness Rating: 9/10 // 10/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Sides, Neck // Between Toes, Lower Tummy
A textbook case of bickering teenage mall-brats. At each other’s throats almost as often as they’re at each other’s sides.
When they team up, they’re vicious and unstoppable. You do not wanted to be ganged up on by these two in a tickle fight.
Sheltered. Their "porcelain baby fresh skin" is so untouched by nature that it literally reflects light. (This is actual canon.) Accordingly, they're hypersensitive all over.
These two act tough but crumble like crackers in water when tickle-tortured. Immediately and angrily screamed for mercy.
Caution: Be aware of explosives and bullets.
Most effective tickle tools: hairbrush, comb
Giga-Mermaid
Ticklishness Rating: 8/10
Most Ticklish Spots: Belly Button, Hips
Unusual Ticklish Spots: Ventral Tail
To answer the obvious question: yes, Shantae did once subdue her by tickling her giant tummy until she was completely exhausted.
With such a prominent weakness, one would think she’d cover up. Perhaps mermaids have a crippling allergy to shirts.
Most vulnerable to squeezing, pinching tickles. (Shantae’s hair whip also sees fantastic results.)
Often swarmed and tickled underwater by schools of smaller mermaids, which she finds frustrating.
Size, strength, and magic lasers present obvious danger to humans. Never tickle her without additional means & skills to defeat her in combat.

Today is the anniversary of Shantae! Here's a BLAST of the PAST! 🫠 Oh! Please excuse the color; I didn't have a tan back then, so "oh well." But I remembered that in the early concept art, Shantae had fair skin before becoming the dark-skinned character we know today
