Do you know her meal plans? Like what she ate for breakfast, dinner and lunch? What I found only was that she ate oatmeal for breakfast, then followed the elevenses snacking on celery and apricots if she got hungry. But I didn't find anything about her dinner and lunch though.

I’m sorry but I do not know any good answers to this question. I’m flattered that you would come to me looking for help, but beyond the quotes about “health food” from my previous message, I’m not aware of or simply do not remember the specifics of her eating habits.
