Actively avoiding going and logging in to work, and getting stuff done ... and I need to. I have competing anxieties right now: the “not working and feeling like I *need* to”, and the “working on the weekend when I should be doing fun stuff with my family or for myself” ... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
