13MAY2013 3 Rounds 50 Squats 7 Muscle Ups 10 (135lb) Hang Power Clean Cool Down 1000 Meter Row 50 (4 Count) Flutter Kicks 1:30 Pushup Plank Today felt awesome. Always looks forward to diving right back in after a week of lifting. I haven't gained the amount of weight I've wanted to but my strength and endurance has increased vastly. Crunch time, just couple weeks til we're out of this shithole. Keep on keepn on all.
