One out of four of my Homalomena’s new leaves is finally unfurling! The outside of the leaf is the same color as the rest of the plant, the inside is a lighter green and the curled up part is still pink. I’m super interested to see how the colors change!

Alright here's a good one for #taxonomytuesday! The plant in the midground to the left (dark leaves with paler green splotches) is #Homalomena wallisii... Or so we all thought. Recently, there's been a push to move #neotropical Homalomena species to the genus #Adelonema instead.
