Beat the heat with this refreshing homemade iced coffee. The sweetened condensed milk adds a touch of creaminess and sweetness, making it the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of coarsely ground coffee beans. 2 cups of cold water. 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Ice cubes. 1 straw.
Instructions: Sort the coffee beans into large pieces and put them in a big jar or container. Add the cold water to the jar and stir the coffee and water together. Don't open the jar for at least 12 hours. Cover it and put it in the fridge overnight. Pour the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve or coffee filter into a different container after it has brewed. This will get rid of the coffee grounds. Put ice cubes in a glass. Leave some space at the top of the glass and pour the cold brewed coffee over the ice. Mix the coffee and sweetened condensed milk together until everything is well mixed. Put a straw in the glass and stir it one last time. Use a straw to drink your home-made iced coffee!

Enjoy the rich and creamy flavors of this homemade caramel macchiato that is just as good as the ones at Starbucks. It has just the right amount of coffee, sweet caramel, and vanilla to give it more depth. Improve it from the comfort of your own home!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee. 1/2 cup of milk. 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup. Whipped cream optional. Caramel drizzle optional.
Instructions: Brew a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method. In a saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until it's hot but not boiling. You can also heat it in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Stir in the caramel sauce and vanilla syrup into the hot milk until well combined. Pour the brewed coffee into a large coffee mug. Slowly pour the caramel milk mixture over the back of a spoon into the coffee. This will create the 'macchiato' effect, with the milk settling at the bottom and the coffee on top. If desired, top with whipped cream and drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top. Serve and enjoy your homemade better-than-Starbucks caramel macchiato!

This is an old recipe for Vietnamese coffee that will give you a taste of its rich and sweet flavors. Strong coffee and smooth condensed milk go well together.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of Vietnamese ground coffee. 2 tablespoons of condensed milk. Hot water.
Instructions: Set the coffee filter phin on top of a glass or cup and add the Vietnamese ground coffee. Bring some water to a boil and let it cool down to about 195F 90C. To wet the coffee grounds, pour a small amount of hot water into the coffee filter. This should be about 1/4 inch 6 mm. Allow the coffee to bloom for twenty to thirty seconds. Slowly pour hot water into the coffee filter until it's full. Do this after the coffee has bloomed. Cover the filter, and let the coffee drip into the glass below. This could take a while. Take out another glass and add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk to it. Put the coffee over the condensed milk in the other glass after it's done dripping. Give it a good stir. Mix it all together again. If you'd like your Vietnamese coffee cold, you can add ice. Have fun with your tasty Vietnamese coffee!
