Everyone deserves to feel at home in their own body. To look in the mirror and recognize the person staring back. To not feel like a stranger to themselves. I think about that a lot—how so many of us walk around carrying versions of ourselves that don’t match who we really are. Maybe it’s fear, maybe it’s expectation, maybe it’s just survival. But deep down, we all just want to exist as we are, without explanation, without shame, without feeling like we have to earn the right to be seen.
