Honda Sports EV Production?? 🤭______________________________________ [7/7/19] Honda has been quietly developing their EV tech with the new Honda-e being their first offering... but we are about to get a Honda Sports EV soon! Back in 2017 we saw the Honda Sports EV concept but new patent images show a refined design showing the brands new EV design language that debuted on the Honda-e city car! ⚡️ @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The Honda-e city isn’t really performance focused and can get around 124miles of range from a 35.5 kWh battery and gets a rear mounted electric motor with 148HP and over 221 lb-ft of torque and yes there will be a Sport mode. Expect 0-60 around 8sec. What’s in store for this Sports EV coupe? Well we have no clue just yet but 100% expect more power, performance and longer range! ⚡️ Looking at the patent images, we see the similar headlight & taillight blacked out element sections like the Honda-e but here we have super flared wheel arches as the hood is low due to no engine being present, a two door coupe design and a wide stance!
