Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lime juice are mixed together to make a marinade for tender chicken breasts. The chicken is then grilled until it's done. The chicken ends up being juicy and tasty, with a little heat from the Sriracha and sweetness from the honey. Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish to make it look and taste even better.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper, to taste. Sesame seeds, for garnish. Chopped green onions, for garnish.
Instructions: The Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, lime juice, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl using a whisk. Put the chicken breasts in a large plastic bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish. Make sure the chicken is covered evenly with the marinade as you pour it over it. Put the dish or bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours with the lid or seal on top. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away any extra marinade. When the chicken breasts are done, they should be no longer pink in the middle and have been cooked through.
